Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) for Kit Squad.

Have you ever wanted to climb Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)?

Or are you looking to do it again for a good cause?

Why not join us to help out an outstanding charity Kitsquad on this not-for-profit hike up the highest mountain in Wales!

Here at RHB Adventures we strongly believe the outdoors is for everyone and we have linked up with an excellent charity called Kitsquad.

Kitsquad are enabling people from low income backgrounds, who may be struggling financially, to source free equipment to get them outside. Being a charity they have certain overheads like rental of their storage unit, courier costs, and fixing and cleaning equipment.. All the people at the charity are volunteers and we want to help them by running this hike up Yr Wyddfa!

The cost of the event will be £22.38pp.

What’s included:

• Qualified Mountain Leaders to guide and encourage you.

• First aid support by the Leaders

• Help with Kit from Kitsquad, if so required

What’s not included:

• Transport to and from start point

• Parking at start point

• Any food or drink for the activity

Sponsorship Goals:

We are hoping for everyone to raise at least £50 for the charity, but we understand that fundraising can be difficult at present, so we are not setting a minimum amount per person. We have decided to take a different approach and just use one JustGiving link which everyone’s sponsorship’s goes into- that way we can raise money collectively.

Route:

We will be ascending and descending the Llanberis path from the Llanberis mountain railway. This is roughly 15km and an ascent of 975m.
